The interesting thing about search engine optimization melbourne is how your current web site, or your current page is optimized. Now this doesn’t mean stuffing keywords all over the place on the page. Normally, you are looking at about 5% or so for the keyword appearance but it is near to impossible to write an article or write content in the page to make sure it comes up to that sort of percentage.
Here’s some good advice when choosing a web developer:
1. Make sure your page’s HTML is properly marked up - When you get some young freelance web developer who has been out of the university for 5 minutes and is cheap, you are probably doing yourself a huge kick in the butt. Yeah you’ll end up with a cheap option but the damage done is huge. Good web developers will know the difference between proper HTML and crappy HTML. Ask the question … Can you do hand coding? Yes or no.
2. Does your developer know the difference between a div id and a div class? Yes or No? The answer is pretty simple. div ids are used as a layout feature, meaning you can only reference back to it using Javascript once. The class is a style feature, you can assign a class to any element on the page.

People become so overwhelmed with advertising and marketing when they open their business. So much so that other areas get neglected because they are so worried that they wont have the consumers there to keep their business afloat. My advice, take a deep breath and relax! Marketing is not supposed to be hard if you are doing it right. You can do it yourself, or hire a marketing PR firm, but you should not stress about it.One of the most effective ways is internet marketing. You get some many consumers that you did not even know wanted your product, and it is not limited to your area or region. You can go global with the click of a mouse! While E-marketing is a great tool, there are some draw backs, but in my opinion the benefits out weight those by a long shot. There are a few things to think about when going with E-marketing. Internet marketing requires customers to use newer technologies rather than traditional media. Low-speed internet connections are another issue, lets face it some people still use dial up and now mobile internet on cell phones is becoming very popular. If companies build large or overly-complicated websites people with slow connections will probably have delays in content delivery. For buyers, the inability of shoppers to touch, smell, taste or “try on” things before buying them can be limiting.

Research shows us that we are competing with and for our customer’s time.
The more knowledge you give them about your product, and the more
entertained you can get them, the more you’ll keep them coming back.
People like to be informed and entertained.
Sharing testimonials from others is a great way to promote your products.
People often buy off others success stories. Make your customer feel appreciated and valued. Remember: You need your customers more than they need you. So treat them right!
For example, if you’re retailing gourmet candles, you will want to show them the benefit of no soot and highly scented aroma all the way to the bottom of the jar. And stand behind your products. Treat your customers, as you would want to be treated.
You really have to get in tuned with your customer’s ‘taste bud’s’. People see, hear and taste your product with their eyes! It first comes down to how it is presented. Make it appealing to the eye.
For example, when you go to a flea market to sell your products make sure your containers and area are clean and neat. When they see dust on your containers, they won’t value your products as good as it should be.
What are they hearing from you about your products?
Be informative and don’t waste their time or yours. Be open and honest about your products. It’s okay that you don’t know every detail as long as you are honest and let them know you’ll find out. Give them a link to your newsletter and tell them you’ll have the answer in your next broadcast, and they can read about it there.
The same is true with open houses. You’re inviting people into your home.
The more inviting your home looks and feels, the longer they will stay. Giving you more of an opportunity for your chance at making a sale.
When you’re at flea markets, having an open house, or promoting your business in some way, always be making something with your product in front of them. That way you’re educating them on different ways to use the products. You’re actually showing them how to make these products to expand your sale for them to buy even more. And you always want to have instructions on how to make them as a hand out.
Be proud and excited about your product. Show them how to like your product just as much as you do. Give them some facts on the benefits of the products. Make them feel the excitement, taste the excitement, and see the quality and your excitement of your products from themselves.
People enjoy being around other people that are having fun. Remember, if they want a standard product, they can always go to the store. Make sure they see the value in what your offering.

Technology Tips - Voice Recognition By Frank Furness
Anyone who knows me well will know that I am a technology geek and have the biggest collection of gadgets imaginable. It’s so bad that every time I speak in Hong Kong, the gadget shop owners know me by name. The great thing about gadgets though, is if you use them they can increase the effectiveness of your business greatly. Each month I will be featuring a gadget, software or e-book could will increase your effectiveness. I don’t know if anyone else is like me, but sometimes when I have appointments where I try to sell my services, I sometimes don’t take notes as comprehensively as I should and sometimes forget important points. A great gadget that has assisted me is the Olympus DS3000 digital voice recorder. Every time I leave a meeting now, I dictate file notes on exactly what went on in the meeting and action plans to follow up. When I get back to the office, I plug in one end of a cord to my voice recorder and the other end to the USB port on my computer and it downloads automatically and saves it as a sound file. Now I can listen to it whenever I want to and not forget anything important. Even better, I have also bought Dragon voice recognition software and trained it to recognise my accent. The two programmes connect and the voice file that I recorded can now be converted into a word document. It’s fantastic, I use it for my emails, dictating letters when I’m travelling, file notes and even a book that I’m writing. It’s like having a free secretary. I bought my system from a great guy, Neil Winton at voice Recognition Systems and his email is neil@pc-voice.co.uk. Mention my name, maybe he’ll give me a discount sometime in the future.

While you always want your products or services to meet the needs of the customers, this becomes more significant in a sluggish economy because purchases construed as “luxuries” decline. Therefore, if your product is not considered a necessity, you need to market it as important to your customer as possible. You need to solve a problem, satisfy a need or make life easier in a cost-effective manner.
You should also build a marketing plan around being there for your customers. “Going the extra mile” is a cliché, but it’s necessary to extend yourself and your business to meet customers needs. This means stepping up customer service and communicating regularly with customers through newsletters, emails and mailings. Don’t oversaturate your marketing campaign with product features, but stick closely to how your products or services are helpful and cost-effective. More than ever you want to maintain your relationship with existing customers who will be there when the economy takes an upturn.
In addition, help find solutions to problems experienced in your community. You can market yourself effectively and show your concern by being involved in community activities, particularly those where spending has been cut. For example, sponsor activities or donate supplies to an after-school program in your neighborhood.
During a slow economy people are also seeking reasons to feel good. Provide them with attractive offerings, both in appearance and in value. Use creativity to meet their needs while making them smile and relieving stress. A marketing campaign that makes customers feel good can differentiate between two products that are otherwise the same. Remember, not only do you want the customers to buy what they need, but you want them to have a reason to buy it from you.

What is life-coaching?
Life-coaching is a means of bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It will often involve clarifying those two first.
Life-coaching works through a dynamic partnership focussed entirely on the client and the client’s agenda. Our lives have become so complex, opportunities so plentiful, that exploring what’s important to us as individuals and our own unique situation is the quickest and often the only way to know exactly what to change and how to change it. And to identify and move beyond those things that are holding us back from the lives we really want.
In life-coaching, people experience significant shifts in their lives. They become clearer on who they are and what they need in their lives to be fulfilled. Living the live that’s truly right for them, it all becomes easier, more joyful. They also get to do, be or have more of what they want or need in every conceivable area. Better than this, they do so more quickly and easily, with more enjoyment and far less stress. They go from being driven by their needs to being inspired by their goals for life, and they create the conditions to easily sustain this easier, happier way of living.
Clarity
Coaching commences by exploring what the person really wants. Even when people believe they know this, greater clarity and self-awareness emerge through coaching. And sometimes, people discover different aspirations, ones that make them feel very positive, so positive they want to leap out of bed each morning.
The focus of coaching and the skills and objectivity of our coach enable us to know ourselves more fully than ever before. And, rather like a sports coach watching an athlete, a trained listener hears and reflects back to us subtle and fleeting clues to our unique motivations, like a change in voice tone or energy level.
Growth
What we learn about ourselves through coaching will include our potential and gifts, but also anything we may have previously avoided. A priceless benefit of having a coach is that an independent professional with your best interests at heart will tell you necessary truths when others won’t - and tell it within a context of genuine praise and belief in you and your ability to change that makes it easier to hear.
As coaching proceeds clients come to feel more and more comfortable in their lives. However, like anything that stretches you, coaching won’t always feel comfortable. Your coach will challenge you and ask more of you than you would of yourself. You needn’t accept all your coach’s requests but once you choose to commit to something, your coach will hold you to it - and to being the best you can be. As coaching progresses, you will know from your actions that you are indeed capable of more.
You’ll make choices and step outside your comfort zone. But you will do so far more easily than you otherwise would and you’ll notice your comfort zone rapidly expand. Any temporary discomfort is vastly outweighed by the delight of leaping over hurdles you wouldn’t even have approached before, and of living a life that really suits you.
Holistic and sustainable
When we know what we really want for ourselves, we have more energy, focus and direction. Regular coaching builds momentum, sustains inspiration and enables people to be consistently perform at their best. Clients mobilize more effective resources and discover the quickest, easiest and most enjoyable way forward.
All coaching is holistic - no goal is allowed to become more important than the person. Coaching often includes building or fine-tuning an environment and support systems so that they provide the structure that ensures your on-going ease and success. It may involve streamlining, to reclaim energy drained off in secondary activities. And it frequently leads to better resources, be they cutting edge tools for personal development, connections or whatever else will be most useful at that time.
What does life-coaching cover?
Any or all aspects of your life. Some people come for specific issues (such as health, relationships, finances or a transition) or projects (like creating a new life or developing a seminar program). Some come to enjoy more what they’ve already got, to fine-tune some aspects of their life or for self-development. Others are drawn to coaching by a general dissatisfaction or a sense that something could be better. And some create more space for themselves and for spontaneous, joyous action by cutting back on their commitments.
What’s coaching like?
Coaching sessions are friendly, relaxed but focussed and amazingly powerful on many levels. Most coaching takes place through regular, pre-arranged sessions. Email coaching can also be very effective and my clients benefit from both, with email coaching between calls.
Is coaching for you?
Is your life as you want it?
Do you really know who you are?
Are you living at your maximum potential?
Would you like to know yourself better?
Are you ready to change and grow?
Are you worth it?
Do you want to make a difference?
If not now, when?
The best way to explore and experience how you could benefit from life-coaching is in a free, introductory session without obligation of any kind.

Now Christmas is over - that time of year when we spend our time and money on our family and friends. Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching - the time of year to spend time and money on yourself and your lover.
Sexy lingerie is a Valentine’s Day gift that pleases both of you. What makes lingerie such a sought after and much-given Valentine’s Day gift - more treasured than chocolates, flowers, stuffed animals and even jewelry? Lingerie says, “I love you and I want you.” It says, “You are beautiful and deserve to wear beautiful things. I think you are desireable.”
Sexy clothing is not THE only Valentines Day gift you should give her. If your lover is a chocolate fiend then you better get her some fancy chocolates too - and flowers are never a waste, but opt for two or three smaller boquets around the room instead of one big overbearing grouping. Choose different types of flowers - daisies, wild flowers, carnations - with maybe one rose tied with a ribbon. The rose will be romantic and the hardier flowers will last longer. Think about adding a slim book of erotic stories, some massage oil, adult toys or a special piece of jewelry with an encrypted romantic inscription.
Take the time to write a note to tell her or him exactly what it is about your relationship that turns you on. Don’t be afraid to get a little naughty - it will be remembered for many years to come.
From a practical standpoint, it can be hard for guys to know what kind of lingerie to choose or what size to buy. If you make a purchase at a lingerie store the clerks can often help by showing you what is popular or suggesting lines in your price range. They may even have size guides to help, but try to sneak into your gal’s dresser beforehand and check out the size on something similar to what you want to buy.
A short internet search for “Lingerie Shopping Tips” can also give you many pointers and ideas. If all else fails, a gift certificate for a shopping trip date to Victoria Secret can help you make your own decision for her birthday - or anniversary - or Christmas. You get the idea.
Many lingerie stores on the web have people qualified to help too. Try using the customer service or “contact us” buttons on a lingerie website. Usually an honest description of your gal with size ranges or measurements can help the sales person narrow down the selection for you. Most people in the lingerie business are very accustomed to helping men and women pick just the right sexy lingerie outfit from the hundreds of thousands available.
Whatever you decide to do, make it personal. Take time to think about your girl or guy and what romantic times you have had in the past or have discussed as fantasies. You do not have to spend a lot of money to make the day unforgettable. The thought that you put into doing something unique and loving is much more important than the price tag.

To be a successful trader you have to have good technical skills and sound money management skills. Also, though, you have to have a positive psychological outlook to give you the mental and emotional balance to be successful.
One of the most important discoveries of the twentieth century psychology was the discovery of the “self-concept”. The self-concept is the master program of one’s life. It is the bundle of beliefs that you hold about yourself and the world at large. If determines your reality in that you always see the world through a screen of prejudices formed by your belief structure. It is the belief structure that predicts your performance and behavior in every area of your life.
You always act in a manner consistent with your self-concept, consistent with the bundle of beliefs that you have acquired from infancy onward. If you change one of your beliefs at a subconscious level you change your reality.
It is common in trading that two traders given a winning system to trade will often not get the same results. One trader may hesitate and/or hang on to a trade too long or exit before the system will give a exit signal. The other trader may execute the system perfectly and even if he has a few losing trades is able to take it in stride because he can “see” himself trading successfully and “believe” in himself that he will be successful.
Ed Seykota, one of the world’s greatest traders, observed a trader that would self-destruct after building his trading capital up to $250,000. What do think his self-concept was revealing about himself? Maybe he had a fear of success? Maybe that he couldn’t get his family’s attention and love without a tragedy? Maybe he couldn’t see himself with that much money and making dumb trades and losing it was his way of not dealing with it? This is common with winners of the lotteries. Winners often blow their money within a few years because they can’t see themselves as rich on a deep fundamental level.
Fortunately, a person can change their self-concept to be self-empowering instead of self-limiting.
There is a direct relationship between how well you do anything and your self-concept in that area of your life. You perform as well as you believe yourself to be in whatever you do. You can never be better or different on the outside than you believe yourself to be on the inside.
Whenever you feel good about yourself and are doing well at your job, or in your relationships, or at a sport, you are demonstrating a positive self-concept in that area.
Whenever you do poorly or feel inferior or clumsy, or behave badly in some situation, your negative beliefs about yourself are being demonstrated in your behavior.
What makes change positive change possible is largely subjective, not objective. Whatever negative beliefs you hold in your self-concept are largely false but if accepted subconsciously can be very self-limiting nonetheless.
As soon as you begin to identify, question, and reject self-limiting beliefs and replace them with new self-liberating beliefs, your old beliefs lose their power over you and you true potential become limitless.

Have you ever thought much about how some of your past
experiences and talents influenced how your life turned out? I
sure have and I’ve found it not only interesting but valuable, too. Whatever the case, I believe we can all find value in
reminiscing about our past.
Here’s why. If you are not totally satisfied with the way your lifeis going today, no matter what age you are, I believe
reminiscing about the past could provide some clues for
improving it.
Let me give explain what I mean. There could be certain
talents you had in the past that you no longer use anymore.
Could restoring some of them be of value to you now? Think
about that seriously. Are you missing out on something in your
life today that by using some past talents you couldimprove
your lifestyle? Maybe you could even solve a persistant problem
you are having in your life.
Let’s review for a moment and see if this joggles your memory:
* What was your profession and how successful were you?
* Did you have any unique talents?
* Were you good at solving problems?
* Were you a good negotiator?
* Were you a team leader?
* Did you have a positive attitude most of the time?
I could go on and on but just let me encourage you to brainstorm about your past. You may have even forgotten about some of you past talents for the moment. It sure happened to me about a year
ago.
Here’s my story:
I’d been on the internet for years trying to develop an online
business without success. One day I saw an ad about a free
teleseminar on how to author an ebook. I signed up for it and
it excited me about the possibility that I may have the talent to become a published author.
After a personal discussion with the seminar leader I was excited enough to sign up for the entire course. Within a few months I published my ebook directed to senior citzens. Because of this my life has become more exciting and offered me new challenges that stimulate me.
My purpose in writing the ebook, hopefully, will help senior
citizens realize that age is no barrier for excelling in life.
If they will just follow my directions they can improve their
lifestyle dramatically just as I have done.
Now you may be wondering what does my story have to do with
reminiscing about the past an then applying talents in the future? Well you see as a past sales supervisor I trained sales persons to develop their territories. I taught them how to set goals and achieve them. I enjoyed watching them excel, too. I also learned why people didn’t excel.
I missed doing this when I finally retired. So when the idea of writing an ebook came about I needed to think of not only a subject but alsoa market for it. Click! Click! It soon became obvious that here was a chance to use my talents once more to help others become more successful in life.
Since I was a senior myself with many challenges, why not share my experiences with other seniors. Teach them how I overcame obstacles, and created a new and exciting life for myself. Now my mission was fulfilled once again. What I loved to do in the past came full circle once again.
Give me a chance to help you create more purpose in your life today. Let me help you enjoy your “golden years even more. Get a Free preview of my ebook now by going to: http://www.thesunnysenior.com I guarantee you will be glad you did.

If you calculate the number of diaper changes you perform in a day, by the number of baby wipes you use at each change, the result is an estimated 4400 wipes per year. Not only can wipes be wasteful to the environment if they are not biodegradeable, but they can also contain such chemicals as fragrance, chlorine, synthetic preservatives, and dioxin.
Wipes are used, not only for diaper changing, but also to wipe hands and faces, to clean off pacifiers that have fallen onto the street, and to wipe down dirty shopping cart handles. They are terribly convenient, and are an essential in every well-packed diaper bag. The concern is not if you have packed enough for your outing, but what is lurking inside that solution that keeps them nice and moist.
That delicious, fresh baby smell, also known as fragrance or perfume, is found in some brands of baby wipes and can be a potential concern to some. Synthetic fragrances have shown such effects, on baby, as skin irritation, allergic reactions, and headaches. If baby is suffering from eczema, synthetic ingredients can also irritate the issue.
Dioxins, often found in meat and dairy products, are also the by-product of the chlorine bleaching process. The effects of dioxin have been proven to be carcinogenic.
To avoid having to flush or dispose of wipes, and to eliminate the use of chemicals on your baby’s precious skin, make your own washable wipes! They still fit perfectly into your mini wipes case in your diaper bag, and they can be soaked and washed after use, with your cotton diapers, in vinegar and water. Just as convenient as disposable wipes, but friendlier to the environment and baby’s skin!
Recipe for 100% natural baby wipes solution::
In a measuring cup, combine
C warm, purified water
C Aloe Vera Juice
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon grated, unscented soap
Stir until dissolved. Add:
2 Tablespoons Carrier Oil (Calendula, Jojoba, Apricot Kernel)
Optional: Add up to 4 drops of either or both of Lavender Essential Oil, Tea Tree Essential oil.
Pour mixture over 15-20 baby facecloths, or 10″x10″ cotton flannel squares, in a square plastic baby wipes dispenser. Once container is empty, clean well and repeat!
Launder your used cloths with cotton diapers, or soak separately in a container of water, vinegar and baking soda mixture before washing.
